SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed with Multi Leasing Group Pty Ltd (ABN 62 629 310 925), trading as Bushway (“Bushway”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Bushway offers shipping to most postcodes across Australia.
(Please refer to the Undeliverable Postcodes section below.)

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched from our Melbourne distribution centre on the next business day after full payment has been received and cleared.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that:

Your order has been received
Your payment method has been authorised

After your order is received, we confirm stock availability with our suppliers.

If an item is unavailable or on backorder:

Payment authorisation will be voided
You will be notified via email

If your item(s) are available for dispatch within 5 business days:

Payment will be processed
The order will be submitted for shipment

Shipping Timeframes (Estimated Only)

VIC: 3–5 business days
NSW, SA, ACT: 4–8 business days
QLD, NT, WA, TAS: 7–10 business days

Please note:

Delivery timeframes begin once payment has cleared and the order has been dispatched.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control may occur.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer service team.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If packaging appears damaged, ensure this is noted at the time of signing for delivery.

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, lodge a claim with the carrier.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to damaged goods.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a $30 administration fee where processing has already occurred.

If an order has already been dispatched, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned due to:

Incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal by recipient

Our customer service team will contact you.

Additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Warehouse Pickups

Pickups or third-party courier collections are not available from our distribution centre.

Undeliverable Postcodes

Due to carrier limitations, Bushway is unable to deliver to certain remote locations. Orders placed for these postcodes may be cancelled and refunded.
