RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to products sold by Multi Leasing Group Pty Ltd (ABN 62 629 310 925), trading as Bushway (“Bushway”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
At Bushway, we want you to shop with confidence. As an Australian business, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:

Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos or video evidence
We will assess the issue promptly and provide a resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Where the issue is minor, we may offer repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, Bushway (Multi Leasing Group Pty Ltd) will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Item must be in resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are not required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior written approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Contact us via our Contact page or email with your order number.

Provide details and supporting evidence (photos where applicable).

Wait for written return authorisation and instructions.

Once approved, return the item as instructed.
Do not return items without authorisation.
5. Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months unless otherwise stated).
Warranty coverage applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
